These are definitely thin and lightweight. They are similar to the tops of pantyhose in both looks and the amount of compression. They do not roll up on me neither in the waist for hems. But I personally prefer something a little thicker and with a little more compression. These are great for someone wanting just a lightweight feel and compression. I'm a size 12 in pants and large fit perfect.
Perfect! I just love these Control shorts. They are a great mix of some holding power and extremely light weight at the same time. I live in a hot climate so I am enjoying these.

Fabulous smoother: The featherlight control Short is like wearing te top of a pair of pantyhose. It feels like nothing but smooths out everything. Great for allyear round but especailly in any hot weather. Wish they made these in a boy short.
These are great bc they are raw cut and seamless. However I wish they were longer bc it left a dent on the thigh. Size up maybe?
