Experiment with a Half Size Larger: I desired a sleeker looking boot, for hiking and multi-purpose use. After much research I found the Transverse. I read tons of comments regarding size. I went to numerous stores trying on the Transverse, when I could find it. I normally wear an 11 Wide. Although they fit, I decided to order an 11.5 Wide considering that I wear slightly thicker wool socks while hiking. They fit perfect for comfort and breathability. You may want to consider a half size larger. Good Luck
