The strap is too short/small. I ordered size 8 in this style and another. The other style (pokemon) fits great, this one I cannot get the strap behind my 3 year olds heel. His foot fits in the shoe. Unfortunately I cannot return as they show wear from the one time he wore them out of the house without the strap on, before I caught the issue. With the white sole the slight wear is very noticeable. Skip these.

The shoes cause pain in my son's right foot at the top of his foot. There seems to be an error in the make of the shoe making it thicker in the area

I attached a photo of a traditional green croc (we have about 25 of these in our house) next to the paw patrol. We've gotten two of their "character" crocs and BOTH have a different type of strap in the back that make the crocs run small as you can see in the photo. And no, it isn't the angle :) If your child needs the strap just know that you lose at least an entire size, I would say closer to two. We had to go two sizes up with these because his normal size gave him blisters.

i've gotten lots of crocs for my kids but these ones for whatever reason are just way to narrow and small idk if sizing up matter because i sized up and they still won't go all the way on my son

Light blue strap is short and my son cant get his foot in them. I even ordered a size too big so he could grow into them for summer
