Company has definitely cut these 1-2 sizes smaller just as other reviewers report. I’ve purchased this cut numerous times (more than 4 over the last 6 years). Otherwise they are a great Jean more like a legging.

The size was comfortable and fit well in waist and seat but legs were gatherie which was unfortunate. Returning them.

It is more light weight than I expected, but I love the fact that it is slimming, not bulky. You can wear it most of the year!
