These were cute and comfy in SOME ways....my foot runs wide across the ball and usually need a period of breaking in for most shoes: however, these were too roomy right out of the box and I felt as though my foot was slipping around all over and would end up blistered from rubbing against straps. Would be PERFECT if the straps were adjustable
Was hoping previous reviews were not correct. They don’t look wide but the straps cannot keep your foot in while walking. Super cute when standing in them though if you don’t care to walk in them
I have wide feet, but these shoes are even wider. My feet slide forwards
Just offer half sizes already. I'm a 6.5 and neither the 7 nor the 6 worked for me. :-(
The buckle on top is too big and the opening in the front is too wide. Your foot slides forward and as you walk the buckle digs into the top of your foot. Very uncomfortable.
The Lai Slide is well made and very comfortable. I usually wear an 8.5 but had to go with an 8, the 9 was too big. Half sizes are not available.
The style to ease-of-wear ratio is so good! Glad I kept them. They were a little snug at first and felt like they were chafing the inside of my foot but by the second wear the comfort level had jumped to where I didn’t even notice I was wearing them, so glad I gave them a chance. Got a compliment right away, they’re like a beach flip flop but elevated.
I'm a true 8.5 and the 8 was too small and the 9 was too big. I wish they had half sizes--instead I have to return. I also have a wider foot (tailor's bunion) and these were a bit too narrow for me. I really wanted to love them though as they are stylish, fairly comfortable, and could be worn to many occasions. I didn't get a chance to see if they rubbed too much or anything.
Cute sandal, but the straps set back too far on my foot. It looks awkward. If the straps were more forward and a tad tighter, I would have kept them.
These do run a bit wide and require a break in. Cute on and relatively comfy.
