This shoe is classic and comfortable. I ordered the wide width as pointed toe pumps tend to pinch my toes. The shoes fit perfectly and I now have more room for my feet to be comfortable. I liked the black pumps so much that I ordered the gray pumps as well.

The "cleavage" is too low and makes wearing the shoe uncomfortable. The arch support is not right.

cute shoes, however, the depth in the toe box,(from top of big toe to the material) was very shallow and pushed my big toe back and put pressure on it. I do not have big or long toes, if anything they are fairly short

This shoe was obviously worn and returned. It was scuffed and dirty. The box it came in was damaged. So unexpected from Zappos.
