Have torn the ligaments in my foot from wearing brooks the podiatrist recommended a 16mm drop shoe to help with the pain, these have been excellent. I still have some pain but it's bearable.

Like most Mizunos, this runs small so get 1 size larger. The new Wave Creation is too narrow in the toebox. I also was not impressed with the color selection for womens so I bought mens. I wish they didn't change the Wave Creation 20. Perfect shoe. This one feels tighter and cheaper quality.
