Overall a good shoe that’s looks great. Super comfortable padded footbed/insole that most Cole Haan shoes are known for. Unfortunately the way the inside part of the heel is constructed leaves a seam that rubs uncomfortably on the back of the heel within a few minutes of walking, even with thicker socks. Would be a great shoe otherwise.
