These worked out great. My 11 year old spent 5 days in the wilderness and these shoes were comfortable and kept his feet dry. He didn't need to break them in (wore them around a shopping center one day prior) and zero blisters/aches/pains despite wearing them for 5 days straight with many miles of hiking, playing and camping on wet grass, dirt, beaches and concrete. Hopefully the rubber holds up!

This is a sweet easy slip on that holds on snug for wet or snowy days that aren't too deep

Absolutely perfect hiking shoe for kids! I am thrilled with these, they are supportive, mostly waterproof, and not ugly. If your kid's foot runs a tad wide, these are for you. If they run narrow, probably not.

I am an adult who bought these shoes for myself. Ive always worn a youth size 5 in Keens, so thats what I purchased. These shoes seemed to run a tiny bit bigger than my other size 5s. They are also extremely wide and roomy. I like my shoes to fit a little more fitted, but I kept them because the color is absolutely beautiful. My only complaint is that I dont care for the yellow trim color. I think Keen could have chosen something else that would have looked better, but thats just my own opinion.
