Toe box does not feel wide. I prefer the fit of GT-2000 12 wide

Fits great! Love this model. Like all aasics, the bottom needs gluing on after some wear.

I only wear Asic, 9W these felt like they were mens shoes-so big.

These shoes allow one to feel the ground more firmly since they do not have think cushioning and they are not 'rockers'

I’ve tried since I bought them to wear in house only but the have a narrow feel to them. The toe bed is almond shaped and my feet hurt within 5 minutes. At first, I thought it was because it was summer and my feet swell slightly during that time of year. But I have tried since then, and they are still quite snug. I have never worn them outside or for a long period of time in my home. They look brand new.

My review is not the fault of the shoe but my leg and knee. Six months ago I had a knee replacement. I bought my usual size in an athletic shoe, 10W. The shoes felt a little big but they were comfortable as I walked in them in my home. I have Morton's toe & bunions so I need the extra toe room & width for my toes and bunions. So when I went on my 2 mile walk, the shoes felt fine although not so "springy" as I expected. After a mile I became concerned that I might not make it home! I felt like the shoes were made of cement, they felt heavy and hard, and my leg, not the knee began to hurt. I was dismayed! I now know that I need a foam type of athletic shoe if I expect to walk for exercise. Thank you Zappos for the free returns. And someone at Goodwill will be getting newish athletic shoes.
