They are cute and have great arch support, but not very comfortable beyond the good support, and they are loose in the heal when stepping and make a lot of noise

I really wanted to like these. Really cute but they rubbed on widest part of my foot.

Felt comfortable from the start. I can slip on with thicker socks without effort. Like someone mentioned in another review, be aware that these are more matte than some boots. I still think they are chic.

Love these! I have them in black, light brown from a few years ago, and the darker brown. The arch support is fantastic! They have become my winter ride-or-die boots. I even wore them under my wedding dress when we eloped in the mountains.

Well designed, well executed with good quality materials and construction. The circumference of the top is generous. These were ordered because I love the Chaco sandals which have served me for 15 years and still look and feel great!
