I work in an Amazon Warehouse, usually 10 hour shifts with lots of walking. I have never purchased a pair of shoes that I did not need to break in. I saw Keen and my most worn shoes is a pair of Keen walking sandals. They are so comfortable when I saw Keen I had to try them and they did not disappoint. I wore them for two shifts now and needed no Band-Aids and no sore feet. The leather feels great. They are nice looking but with the toe give me the usual work show large feet look but that's okay they are comfortable. I did not move a special insole in to them yet but will later when the one it comes with wears down. Right now it feels so comfortable on I'm not messing with it.

These are the most comfortable work shoes, out of the box, I have ever ordered. Wore them for my shift at Amazon warehouse, brought Band-Aids and my old shoes, thought I wouldn't make my full shifts and would need the old shoes and just to wear to start breaking them in but I never had to switch them out, they were so comfy. No blisters no sore feet.

Very comfortable. Durable I wouldn't be able to answer that. Fit would have to go up a size in half. The design is really ugly wish they had another color or all black. Wouldn't know about safety because we don't work in a kitchen setting.
