Waterproof and warm in iceland: I convinced my husband to buy the 8" for Iceland and he thanked me at least 3 or 4 times over our trip. They had good grip and were truly waterproof while we walked through streams in the winter to get to special waterfalls. Highly recommend

I just got my Evanston 8 boots and put them right to work. Wore them the first day framing a house in single digit temperatures and snow. They were comfortable and warm with no break in required. They fit true to size.
