Exactly What I Have Been Looking For!! These are the perfect size for my 4-year-old son. I love how long they are. The elastic band on the mitten keeps the snow out and the body heat in. I love that they are moisture repellent so we can stay out in the snow longer. They are great quality and I will be buying my winter gear from Columbia for the entire family from now on!

Great Snow Gloves: We bought a pair for 17 month old and they kept his fingers nice and toasty. My husband and I did put a thin pair of gloves underneath because some people were saying that the gloves did not keep their hands warm. These gloves did go all the way up to his elbows, which is great because I put them over his coat sleeves and they didn't move. We were outside playing for just under two hours. He sat in the snow a lot of the time playing and picking up the snow and his fingers were so warm and dry when we removed the gloves.

Poor Customer Service - Never received product: I never received these gloves. These were purchased for Xmas and when I opened the package it was completely different items packed. I tried the customer service route, but while they offered to help the situation, they wanted me to pay more for a comparable product. This was not a great experience. We typically love Columbia gear, soi I'm sure these would have been nice--just hope you don't have to go through customer service at all.
