A bit short even for me - I usually take a petite size but opted for a regular size in this jacket. Because of this, the sleeves are a bit long so I've just rolled them up. It would be great if a velcro band was sewn onto the end of the sleeve to help with making them tighter at the wrist for shortening purposes. I got the light cream color - good for summer.
