I have been using the omni heat jackets for over 12 years now, I got this as a gift for my mother since she is in a wheelchair i sized up. She loves it! The bottom zipper was perfect to open up the bottom a little to give slack for the legs while sitting.

Decided i would buy down instead: A beautiful jacket, but too tight on top.in Minnesota i dont think this is enough insulation

It is just as it is described online. I bought this for an upcoming winter trip. It is lightweight. It comes to mid thigh (I'm 5'5). It is too hot right now to provide any feedback on how warm this jacket is. I'm planning to wear layers, which has been recommended. Seems to be of good quality. This is my second jacket by Columbia.
