I bought these for a ski trip and they are definitely good for that purpose however the elastic on the waist is pretty loose and the velcros at the bottom of the pants are pretty loose too

I bought these for walking my dog on rainy days. Love them! They ate perfect! Sizing is spot on, fabric lightweight and keep me totally dry. Highly recommend!
