Rugged Winter Wellie Boots

These boots are extremely comfortable. Great quality material and gorgeous. I am quite impressed.

Great tread: I've walked over sheer ice with these boots with quite ease, they have great tread. They are warm and comfortable for everyday wear. I wear them daily to run errands or for light chores.

Comfortable boots: These boots are waterproof and good in the snow and slush. They're not terribly warm but fine for a short time (30 minutes) in 0 degree weather. They fit well and feel good. I usually take a size 8.5 but bought a size 8 and there's enough room for 2 pairs of socks.

Not warm at all: I live in VT and I bought them for winter shoveling and easy on access. They are waterproof as rubber would be but they are not insulated. My feet, even in wool socks, freeze under 33 degrees. Forget about below 20. These are best suited for 33-40 degree temps. I warned you! They would be great if they only had more insulation !

Just recieved the boots. They are just what I was looking for. Rubber for slush protection, lined for warmth, and roll down cuff for style. Can not wait to see just how warm they are. In reviews at LL Bean the boot rates high and customers said they were warm.
