Though I did return these, I only did so in favor of another model from Blundstone. They did feel good when I tried them on, and seemed to have excellent construction. They were true to my boot size and maybe a hair narrow for my preference but slight enough that I would be confident in the leather stretching over time. Overall a great boot. The version I ended up with was the Blundstone Dress boot but I could see repurchasing this model later.
I wear a women's 7 and have a rather narrow foot. These fit very well and are actually a wee bit snug, but that could be due to my more cushy orthotics I use instead of the factory insole. They are also quit stiff so I'm breaking them in around the house for a bit before wearing them for very long, that's why only a 4 star for comfort. All my friends who have them say after broken in, they are some of their most comfortable shoes/boots. As to arch support, time will tell how much there is , though that's not high on my list. Overall, I think I'll be very happy with them!
These boots fit rather strangely. They are VERY difficult to put on. Very tight and I feel like I’m giving myself a hernia pulling them on. I’m clearly not the only one having difficulty…there are YouTube videos with instructions. I’m hoping they get easier with more wear. Once I’m able to get them on they’re reasonably comfortable with perhaps a bit more roominess than I need. Wouldn’t get a different size however and will just see how they break in.
I've owned Blundstone's before and this is the first pair that actually felt snug. I ordered my usual 7 1/2 women's and I recommend ordering up a 1/2 size.

Very good quality - have loved these boots for a while, but after 25 years my 500s fell apart and wanted to try this style, but is actually narrower than the 500s. I'm a a 38 EU /7.5 US always and the 4.5 AU size, which is what I had in the 500s before was too short and narrow. Will send back and see if I can just get the same size/style I had in the 500s... the insole on these felt great though - wish they worked better size wise for me.
This is a well loved boot that does not work well with my feet! Either too small or too big and too wide for my foot. Oh well..
I agree with previous reviews about the weird fit, stiffness of material and tightness at the shaft in trying to put the boot on. I had a pair for almost 20 years that were so comfortable and had to buy another pair when the tread came off I can’t seem to find the right fit in this new version. It is too narrow at the boot shaft more so than the boot foot bed. Please redesign to make easier to get on.
