I wanted to keep this shoe. It fit me perfectly. Well, until I walked in it. The part of the shoe at the top of the lacing on the inside of the zipper was so stiff and hard, it cut into my ankles and hurt - a lot.
I bought these in a half size up and wide because I wanted to fit some orthotic insert in them. They fit great!

I was looking forward to wearing these shoes but they were a bit short (size 11) so my big toe was hitting the end of the shoe—uncomfortable! Width (M) was fine. Really nice looking shoes so it’s disappointing they didn’t fit better.
