Loved these boots but I absolutely could not get them on. It was actually painful to try to force my foot into the narrow shaft. So disappointed.

I normally wear a women's size 7 in all footwear. I ordered a 7 and 6. The 7 feels a tad on the large size but the 6 was small. The 6 was nearly impossible to get my foot into. Once I did, it was tight on the top of my foot (I have a pretty high instep). Maybe it would have stretched over time but I would have had a difficult time wearing them enough to break them in. The 7 is slightly easier to get my foot into. Still a bit of challenge. Once on, overall it feels a little on the large size but nothing an added insole can't fix. Nice looking boots. Definitely look larger on my feet then other boots I've owned but I like the chunky look.

Very difficult to get foot into and out of shoe. Ended up with leg cramps from the foot contortions needed to get these shoes on & off. Returned immediately.

Unisex boots never work. I should know better by now. But what's the alternative? Keep trying different shoe companies? Buy and return? Soooooo frustrating. Shoe shopping is a nightmare for any gal with feet larger than size 11!

These are the best boots I've ever owned and I'll wear them for a lifetime. Hot tip everyone needs to know- they're high quality leather boots meaning they need a break in period. I couldn't get my ankle in mine either so I took my socks off slipped them on and was convinced they'd be. A return. Within a few hours they began to loosen and within a couple of wears they were fully broken in and now I can't live without them. High quality shoes always come a little bit tight, you need the break-in..
