The sole was too thick for my needs. I am a clutz and need to feel the ground/floor beneath my feet more than what these shoes give me. It's unfortunate because otherwise I really like them.

This shoe is wearing out much faster than I thought it would. The shoelaces also had to be replaced. I think On quality may be declining as previous pairs lasted longer and were more comfortable. Not sure I’ll buy again.

Disappointed is fit compared to Cloud 5. I have a narrow foot and there were longer and wider than same size in Cloud 5.

The quality team put in the wrong size shoe insert and created a crease in the show insert. I sent this one back and they sent another one with the exact same issue.

I have now ordered 3 pairs of these shoes; 6.5; 7.0; 7.5. When I order straight from On, I never have trouble with sizing; I am a always a 6.5. I have these same shoes in a different color from On in a 6.5. But there is no consistency in sizing in these shoes from Zappos. The size marked does not match the actual size.

I’ve loved previous On Cloud models, so I was really looking forward to the Cloud 6. Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed with this version. The Cloud 6 feels much stiffer and more cumbersome compared with the previous models. Even more frustrating, the higher backs around the heels have rubbed my ankles raw and made them very uncomfortable to wear. One of the things I loved most about the previous On Cloud models was how comfortable they were—I could wear them for long periods without ever experiencing leg or foot fatigue. That has not been my experience with the Cloud 6. My feet and legs feel much more fatigued after wearing them. I really wanted to love these shoes, but the changes in the Cloud 6 have made them a major disappointment for me. I’ll be going back to the previous models and would not recommend the Cloud 6 based on my experience.
