I originally ordered a size 6 but had to size down to a size 5. The shoe is very comfortable. However, I found that the top strap is not as adjustable as the bottom strap. The top strap has an extra piece of fabric attached, which prevents it from pulling away fully, making it difficult to tighten securely. In contrast, the bottom strap is fully adjustable. Overall, I like the shoe, but the top strap could use some improvement.
The shoe felt a whole size too big and the straps were not adjustable.
I really love my shoes fit perfect! I will purchase more shoes from uggs they are very comfortable, durable, last longer than any other shoe I have owned, and they fit great as well as they look fabulous
