I ordered a size 14 in the Taupe color (cream), and when I took the shoes out of the box, I was shocked because they looked like clown shoes: the shoes were about a size 16-20. Next to my bare foot, the shoes were about 5-6 inches longer than my foot. I don't think I've ever tried on a pair of shoes that were too big for me. They feel comfortable, though, so I am going to exchange for a size 12.
