I got these for my son who works in a restaurant. Great shoes! The non slip is the best he has found in shoes. Timberland never disappoints.

Fits perfectly on my feet, very comfortable for walk and work, looks very good on my feet.

He said that the entire shoe hurt his foot. He said that it was horrible in support and that he couldn't walk in them. Size/fit was on but shoe style was uncomfortable.

I'm 10.5 with relatively wide feet, I purchased them in 10.5 wide and the fit right out the box is perfect. They look and feel like running shoes, like you don't have anything on. The back heel support does not seem to be to firm, but they are not made for "stability" given the price, uknow, but for the price, comfort, IMO it makes them a great combination for work.
