Don’t be fooled by the brand’s reputation for quality, supportive shoes. There is ZERO arch support in these sneakers. They are on trend but not comfortable. They were returned.

I purchased this shoe at a retail shop, but wanted to share my thoughts with the Zappos community. I find this shoe to be comfortable, as long as you don't mean it to be a walking shoe. There is a small to moderate amount of arch support. The insole is removable to replace with orthotics if needed. I am disappointed that they don't offer a wide, which I usually need. I had to move up to a larger size as the 8 med. was just too tight. But the 9 fits, and it's not too narrow for my foot. I plan on a casual wearing of this shoe - shopping or lunch, or visiting friends. It's cute and comfortable enough for these situations. The sole is cushioned and supportive, and will stand up to some standing. It could work well for travel. I would have trouble standing in it for long periods, but my feet tire easily, and become painful when I'm on them for a long time. If that's not you, taking them on vacation as your walk-around pair could be a good idea.

Really wanted to like this shoe as I love the look. But wearing it, it's not that comfortable and way to big. I am almost always a size 40 European and a 9 US. I had this brand before and a similar shoe and it was not as big.

Nice looking shoes, however, too long in size 39 which is my normal size for European shoes (8.5 US). Am tempted to reorder in a smaller size but they could benefit from more cushioning in the soles and might be a bit small if sized down.
