I love the canopy shower head. It has made a difference for my skin and hair. However, I wouldn’t suggest buying filters from Sephora. It’s up-charged here for some reason. Canopy’s website has better deals.

I didn’t want to sign up for a subscription on the brand website so I was happy to find these at Sephora.

This product works very well, although the filters have had to be replaced more often. I believe that is due to the water in my area and not the filter itself. I own an ice and water vending company and have to change filters less or more often depending on the location’s water system (I use the same filters for every location). That being said, these are a bit pricey so I won’t re-order replacements here. My boyfriend ordered me some for Christmas from this site, along with some cosmetics, and only received the one filter in the box as well. The Canopy site has a year’s worth for a little over a hundred dollars and there are influencer codes that can be used for additional savings. That’s a lot better price, imho, especially if you need to replace them more often. It leaves more in the bank for the beauty stuff!! We sent this back for a refund and ordered from the Canopy site. Were it not for the price, I would give it a higher rating (4 or 5), but this is NOT a good value and I cannot recommend that you throw your money away.

I ordered these filters and what I received looks nothing like this picture advertised. The actual filter contained black and white substance and very little if any yellow. The black and white is carbon and calcium and the yellow is KDF-55. KDF-55 is what really filters the water, so you are really not getting much filtering even though it is advertised here by way of the picture, that you are. I cannot recommend this product for that reason. The filters from Sephora lasted only 2 weeks. I am ordering directly from Canopy to see if they are different.

This shower head really makes a difference for my hair and skin. The filters are easy to replace and come with directions on the package. Package says to replaced every 3 months but I felt they needed a change after 2.

These filters are the best for softening my hard water while living in the city!! My hair feels softer and less frizzy. These are also SO easy to replace, it takes me only a minute or less!

These filters work like magic for my scalp! I've been using the filtered showerhead from canopy for several months now and just got these replacement filters to change out. You can ABSOLUTELY tell the difference in the water and how it affects your body! Will definitely be reordering.

Honestly I notice a difference in the softness of my hair and less frizz! As a curly-haired gal the filters have been game changer! My favorite part about the filters Is how easy the install process is. Changing the filter with the Canopy showerhead is night and day compared to the last showerhead I had. Love that they come in a 2 pack from sephora--I am planning to stock up just to have them on hand for my guest bathroom as well so I am never without!

Save your money! The description says you receive two filters, but the box only has one. I contacted customer service and they sent another box, but the second shipment STILL only had one filter.

[Employee of sephora] These shower heads are great and super easy to install. The only reason for 3 stars is because when I ordered it it only came with 1 shower head when it says 2 in the description. I contacted support and they reshipped it but it still only had 1.
