I like that these capsules are small. they're easy to swallow, it said boron is an essential element that we all need. I was taking borax and thought I'd tried this version for a while. not sure what I prefer yet

from the description, I'm expecting quality ingredient, with an easy size capsule to ingest this mineral for the benefit of body composition especially upon deficiency therefore I might need to supplement with frequency. no symptom, don't have to worry about taste since it's a capsule and the package is easy to spot.
