I take boron to aid in hormone support (healthy thyroid). Very difficult to know for certain the impact, so I am taking it based on my own personal research. I typically take for 4 months, then I take a two month gap, and start the cycle again (I do this for many supplements). Do your own research to see if this is right for you!

This is a good Boron supplement. It makes a good addition to your daily multivitamins as they usually lack Boron. Particularly important for men and healthy testosterone levels.
