The jar is large. Glass packaging. Quality brand. Natural ingredients. For all ages. Magnesium and calcium are important for joints. I have hypothyroidism, so I bought this complex on the recommendation of a nutritionist. It has everything you need to maintain the health of the thyroid gland. After about two weeks of taking it, I noticed an improvement in my condition: more energy, it’s easier to get up in the morning, I sleep better, even my digestion has become somehow better. I really liked the effect, I plan to continue buying it.

My daughter broke her arm, now she's drinking this calcium supplement. It has a pleasant, sour taste, just like all kids love. The dosage is good, I give her 1 tablespoon to help her bone recovery. I recommend it to everyone.
