This supplement completely resolved the awful itching symptoms I was experiencing due to the onset of perimenopause. Very easy to take, no taste. Did discover you need to take this after a meal though, or it can be a bit tough on the stomach. No side effects that I'm aware of, and the dosage is generous. Good to take if loading with D3, helps absorption of D and of magnesium as well, which I really need. Happy to find it in a liquid form with no added nasties.
i only use 6 drops per day so it lasts me much longer. i used it with my magnesium malate powder in water to boost the effectiveness
I've only been taking it about a week and it seems to have help with the hot flushes and sweat. I don't if it just me but I found that it makes me a little drowsy so I make sure I take it at night before bed. Even though I pair it with manganese drops as well.
