Low sugar and i love them they can become addictive. That lemon cream is well balanced with the wafer and i like the protein level as I tend to only consume nutrient rich foods.

One of the best quality protein snacks I can buy. I already love Atkins products but these wafers and the chocolate chips from Atkins are always my go to.
