My favourite brand of HMB! Other brands make massive horse pills that hurt to swallow. While these capsules are quite large, they’re softer and shaped in a way that makes them easy to swallow. I don’t even notice how chunky the capsules are! There’s a slight taste of coconut too which is lovely, as other HMB tablets I’ve had have an unpleasant taste. I’ve noticed a really great increase in my strength, muscle composition and stamina without altering my activity nor other upolement intake in any other way!

I like this potent formula of HMB because it comes in a capsule with coconut oil which helps to have a superior absorption. I take it 1 gram x 3 times daily with proteins.

Said to be good for muscle retention and also contain coconut oil. Plus a big bag for the money. Like.

The coconut oil gives it a pleasant taste. The price-performance ratio is good due to the high quality. The softgels are easy to swallow. I've only been taking the capsules for two weeks, so I can't yet comment on their effectiveness, but the ingredients seem to be well-tolerated.

At home, there are two of us using this. It's a large bag with a generous amount of product. The ingredients and quality seem good. It helps reduce muscle breakdown, and we think it will be beneficial. We're also taking creatine.

There seem to be various ways to take it, but since it's not particularly effective, I just consciously take it before and after my workouts without thinking too much about it, so as not to take too much.

I bought this supplement ,but still didn't use it.Hope it is up to its good reputation among consumers.
