I couple this with magnesium capsules and tart cherry capsules. I take this before bedtime. Most nights, I get very drowsy while reading and fall asleep.

This product has wonderful Ingredients that work together To give you a calm restful sleep. Its important to take early enough so you can sleep 7 or 8 hours. Natural ingredients are the best so no dependency or harsh drugs. The benefits of a good sleep are priceless so though its a bit pricey, i like how it benifits me.
