Honestly, the first time I drank this in water I threw up. I have lots of TBI from 8 rear end cad accidents. I switched over to Beutovite for / weeks and went slow on them. Then watching more podcasts of Dr. Amen I noticed he said brightminds has the nfl formula for head trauma as well as the neurotics formula in bright minds. I tried it again in my smoothie and really noticed the difference. I need the help with blood flow to the brain. I get more done and think better longer and not as mentally tired or physically tired.
