This product is decent but not amazing for me. I like the idea of a cleaner energy powder with natural ingredients, and the flavor (Cherry Limeade) is pretty good — not too sweet, not too artificial. It gives a mild energy boost, which is okay for light workouts or when I need to wake up a bit in the morning. But I didn’t feel a strong or long-lasting effect, especially compared to other energy blends I’ve tried. I appreciate that it doesn’t make me jittery or crash afterward, but I was hoping for a bit more of a kick. Also, I wish the label had a bit more detail on sugar or carb content — especially for people watching their blood sugar levels. It’s okay overall, but I’m not sure if I’ll repurchase. Might work better for those who are very sensitive to caffeine or want something super light.

I took it because of the small amount of caffeine and the absence of other additives like creatine, but the taste was disappointing. Since the ingredients are natural, we decided to use beetroot as a dye, and because of it, it gives a special flavor shade.

I take this almost every day, adding it my morning smoothie. It gives me just the right amount of caffeine that I need to start my day.

When I was looking for a pre workout that didn’t give me the jitters I found this. Take it in the morning before I work out and gives me a little pick me up. Got my husband taking it too because he says it gives him a jolt of energy to get moving for work.

I was very curious about this new Ancient Nutrition product and I loved it. The ingredients are amazing. The taste is very soft, not oversweet and no artificial aftertaste. This is great in the morning as an alternative to coffee. I put one scoop in sparkling water and I am very happy overall.
