Carefully read the ingredients and what vitamin complex is in this box before purchasing. I thought it had all the necessary vitamins, but it turned out it lacks magnesium, calcium, iron, omega, and D3. It looks more like a B-complex vitamin, and to get the full set, you probably need to buy Mood Support capsules. I think the price is too high for this product. I didn't give it a 3 because I overlooked this detail.
