it taste very good I love it, but careful it has extremely much magnesium, so don't take any other supplements with magnesium if you take this. and it works. I fall asleep a lot faster, like in half an hour compared to 3-4 hours otherwise. and I sleep better

I think this helped me fall asleep or I must’ve been really sleepy that day. I’ll have to monitor how long it takes me to go to sleep each time I take it.

It's meant to help me sleep better but I have never had any problems sleeping (except for when I get woken up by snoring or meowing) so I can't say anything about that. But it does really help me getting up in the morning. I feel so much more recovered and I need less sleep, I get up and am awake instantly. I don't take it every evening as it's not required but when I do I notice a difference. I bought it as a replacement of a glass of wine in the evening (it does taste really nice as well, a bit like a strawberry soda or shake). It doesn't replace the glass of wine, I complement it with it but that's ok for the moment. I would like to cut down on drinking because of the negative impacts on my health and this is a great step towards it. I already bought a second one of these just in case. It will last me a while though. Oh and it doesn't dissolve completely, so I use a spoon to stir before I take a sip just so I get everything out of it and I feel like the best ingredients usually sit on the bottom.

The calming ingredients here are pretty strong for me. Felt drowsy after taking it and fell into deep sleep. Good for stressful days when you want your brain to just stop thinking. Tastes pretty decent too.
