It has no sweetners, pervatives or additives so it just has cherry juice in it and it is organic so thats a plus! My husband loves the taste, this helps with joints,it was packaged good. I think it helps. I was using it in combination with some other things so not sure which was helping but it's good for gout. I also cut way back on sugar.

Tastes great, even without any sugar. taking it for being able to fall asleep and stay asleep through the night . Trying it for a few nights to see results. In any case it is healthy.
