I like the size because I only use it every once in a while that I don't have to keep the left over in the fridge.

I have a recipe for slow cooker soup that just needs a cup of chicken broth so this is great to have on hand rather than opening a can or carton and having leftovers. I also will heat up a carton in a skillet and then add 1 1/2 cups of dry egg noodles, cover and simmer for ten minutes for a quick side dish. Am glad iHerb carries these because they are not available locally.
