Really helpful for arthritis. Taken twice a day definitely helps with the pain.

I take it for prostate help and recovery after exercise, hiking, yard work and golfing. It helps keep inflammation down and pain is lessened by it. For guys these are important. It is also reported to help cardiovascular events like lowering cholesterol and triglycerides.
