Thought id try afrer reading reviews. It says take 2 vitamins but i only started taking one Initially for a week, with no results. Then i switched to 2 as recommend but would forget to take them until i got home after 5, then id take them, and noticed it was hard for me to go to sleep, i wasnt sleepy. So i made it a point to take them in the morning and after a couple days in noticed alertness/not sluggish or tired after lunch time untill about 6p.m. then id started getting tired/sleepy. So for me they work but just for about 3-4 hours a day.
