I used to buy all supplements Thorne. Then I found Pure Encapsulations which even less ingredients in its product. Most PE's products contain only a vegetable capsule; that's it. It is the same price as Thorn for most but this product is a bit more expensive than most other products; however, it really is "pure."
I appreciate this product SO much for helping improve my digestion and stools. It helps increase my stomach acid so I can digest better and potentially absorb more nutrients. It is a critical part of my daily meals.

This is my second bottle, I take betaine HCI sometimes with my meals especially when eating animal protein, I take 3 to 4 capsules but never on empty stomach!
