Equal exchange should be the bare minimum for items like chocolate. These chips are good quality, bake well, and are great for any application you'd want a dark, strong chocolate flavor. It really makes all the local chocolate items I can get here in Japan taste like sugar and oil.

I made some chocolate chip cookies using these. They are healthier than milk choc chips. The taste is of course a bit more bitter because of the cacao amount. This is a quality bittersweet baking chocolate.
