So far so good. I just started using this product and I haven't been terribly consistent, however I have noticed an effect on my concentration levels. I am juggling various jobs and need to able to focus on different things. Given my fatigue levels that can be difficult and this particular product seems to help a little. This is good for days you haven’t slept enough or haven’t slept well and have a big meeting, a deadline or something else that requires concentration. It can make you jittery though, so treat with caution.
