i been curious to see this product since its coming from europ 3 days back i saw in a store by chance and that was returned item, i opened the box to look and for me it was a shock product color was turned blackish and scratech on it and alos weight wise it ws light as they claim its CLAD always a heavy item. for me its 000 should be the price as this is most expensive brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Probably the best wok for induction. The flat portion of the bottom is broader than most, which permits more effective heating. Because this wok is more conductive than a sheet-metal steel wok, it takes a while to heat up, so preheating is important. I was concerned that sticking might be a problem in the absence of seasoning the surface, but that is not the case. It is about the same as my old wok and cleans up like new with a little Barkeepers Friend.

I hesitated investing in a wok after my kids left for college -- would we really use it just cooking for an empty nest? The answer is YES and I'm so glad we bought this. We use it way more often than expected, for both stir fries and for Indian veg dishes. Best features? It cleans up soooo easily, no matter how much I "brown" those onions/spices; this wok still looks new after several months of use. I also love that the handles stay cool. And honestly, it just looks beautiful on our range :) After the wok, we also got the 5-quart essential pan and love that one too, for all the same reasons. Now I just have to talk myself into buying the 10-piece set...
