Luggage got damaged on my first trip. It's a nice bag but poor quality would like an refund. I would not recommend this item

I never received the luggage, but I have been charged for it. I have spoke to customer service and they say they are sending via expedited shipping. Haven't received it, what a bummer.

Use the bag once and the zipper broke, they only give you 30days to report an issue. Ordered in on dec 17 didn’t get here until the 30 and had until Jan 17 to report an issue. Used it once and it broke. Horrible product

I was little skeptical at first but I caught on a promotion sale and I am so happy that I purchased this. The laptop backpack is perfect for the office and fits a lot for business and pleasure traveling. The backpack for fits perfectly on the carry-on. The carry-on just right. Very classy perfect combo.

Zipper broke on luggage my first trip out of country. Very disappointed..

At first I thought this combo was more feminine but it was exactly the type of combo my husband needed. It actually works for a man! The backpack has plenty of compartments and is very well made. It slides onto the handles of the suitcase and makes navigating the airport a breeze! I just ordered the set for myself!

Not happy with this. One of the legs came off. Have had for less than a few months. it really sucks. Wonder how the warrant on this item works?

I am on vacation as I write this review in less than 24 hrs. The zipper came apart now my items are not secured. Horrible purchase

I loved all the compartments in the backpack. Very useful for my trip. Also the style of both the luggage and backpack is really pretty. The luggage was fairly light to me and also has useful compartments. It also moves really well. I really like this carry-on set. I feel cute walking through the airport.
