I bought this set a few weeks ago and I love them! The knives are balanced and lightweight and my hand is not getting tired when using them. I will absolutely be purchasing more of this brand.

I just purchased this set after my daughter recommended them. She swears Henckels is the only brand for her, and I couldn't agree more! The knives are incredibly sharp and slice smoothly. I especially like the ergonomic handles since my hands are on the smaller side. And the balance makes any slicing job super easy. I own numerous Heckel knives and ordered this set to supplement what I currently have. They hold up extremely well.

These knives are five steps up from the ones I've been using. Sharp, precise, feel good in my hands. It remains to be seen how they will hold up to repeated sharpening. Caveat: Don't use an abrasive sponge, because these knives show the scour marks.

Excellent quality & craftsmanship. Beautifully balanced, a real pleasure to use. Just the right size for everyday meal prep. Very sharp, but easy to use for an experienced cook. I gave them a trial run over Thanksgiving, and they performed beautifully with all kinds of chopping & cutting. I wash these carefully by hand to keep them sharp and to protect the blades. I kept the safety tips & use them whenever they are in the drawer. Gorgeous in white!
