Not as sharp as i expected. I have cheaper knives that our better.

I just recieved these knives, so I have not used them yet. Hopefully the steel is durable. It might be hard to sharpen them, but we shall see. They are very sharp already right out of the box, so hoping they will hold an edge well! The box is well designed and knives came well wrapped and protected. The handles are comfortable, and pretty. I have smaller hands, so even the biggest knife in the set is comfortable in hand. These knives are beautiful, and just what I wanted, I just hope they stand up to the wear and tear. So far though, I'd recommend them!

I mostly use the biggest one for preparing food and the small one for peeling/cutting fruits like apples or peaches. They are somewhat heavy feeling and very sharp. I chop a lot and do prepping almost every day so this set is great. I wash them by hand and let them air dry so they can last longer. I have been testing them for over a week and like them a lot.

They are very sharp and slice through meats and vegetables effortlessly. The handle is a beautiful wood grain and very comfortable to use.
