The worst experience ever
bought these shoes as a Christmas gift and did not open the box until Christmas Day. To my surprise, the shoes inside were already opened and worn. When I contacted the store to return them, they refused, claiming they were used — even though that’s exactly how they arrived. This experience was unacceptable, and I feel completely let down. Buyers beware, especially if you’re purchasing gifts.
